No Parking Violations
Effective immediately, all vehicles that are in violation of the HOA Covenant Parking policy will be given a warning by Cook's Towing company and subsequently towed if parking violations continue. The Towing company was contracted by the Association however, if your vehicle is towed the owner must contact the towing company listed on the sign. Do not contact the Association.
In response to complaints about parking that the City of Indianapolis continues to receive they have installed No Parking signs along all the streets and cul-de-sac's in Robertson Village. The City will be monitoring to make sure that the City Parking Ordinance is adhered to and will also tow any vehicle in violation.
Illegal Street Racing
It is illegal to speed race in the City of Indianapolis including Northern Robertson Village subdivision. There have been several complaints of racing along the streets of Robertson Blvd and Sunshine Ave. If you witness such activity take as much information and description of the vehicle and report it to the police. Flock Safety Cameras - Coming soon
Soon you will see safety camera equipment being installed at the front entrance on 41st. Street and at the intersection of Robertson Blvd and 41st. Street. The association as contracted with Flock Safety Company who also work with other Neighborhood Associations and IPD to deter possible criminal activity. It will focus mainly on vehicles and license plates as a means of identification but it will not be used as a source for monitoring home invasions. Each homeowner is encouraged to
obtain their individual home security systems
